Featuring Amakusa Wagyu broth shabu-shabu as the main dish, along with fresh seafood delivered directly from fishing ports and enjoyed with the changing seasons, seasonal vegetables, seasonal dishes that let you savor the natural flavors of fresh ingredients, and takikomi rice. After your meal, please relax and unwind with a cup of coffee. Enjoy this special-value lunch with both your eyes and palate as you watch artisans carefully fillet and prepare each dish before you at the elegant whitewood counter, beautifully illuminated by soft indirect lighting reflected off the white walls.
