About Course Menu

This course is recommended for dining with friends or colleagues, or for banquets gathered around a hot pot. The meal begins with appetizers and sashimi, followed by soft and fluffy Japanese rolled omelet and pickles. The main dish is our duck hot pot, featuring duck meat, duck meatballs, and seasonal vegetables, enjoyed in a mellow yet clean-tasting special broth made with Genroku’s soba dipping sauce. After enjoying the hot pot, fried tofu, shimeji mushrooms, nanban green onions, and duck fat are added and brought to a simmer once more. To finish, cold mori seiro soba is dipped into the richly flavored broth infused with the savory essence of duck and vegetables.
