A steak course featuring 200g of Koshu Wine Beef, a domestic beef. This is a steak you can only savor at our restaurant in Tokyo. Koshu Wine Beef is a domestic beef produced by the fruit kingdom Yamanashi and the wine kingdom Yamanashi. Raised with care in the abundant nature of Yamanashi, fed with wine pomace. Enjoy the finely textured tenderness and subtle sweetness of this Japanese beef. We also have Yamanashi Katsunuma Brewery red wine available. Please enjoy it together! It's worth the trip! A complimentary drink is included.
