At "Torisei Kitaurawa," we receive freshly dispatched chicken every morning, ensuring it's processed the same day for exceptional freshness. Our original method involves removing excess fat with electricity and slowly grilling over Kishu Binchotan charcoal to further enhance the chicken's flavor.
