This is a selectable hot pot course. At "Torisei Kitaurawa," fresh chicken is delivered directly and processed on the same day to ensure exceptional freshness. You can enjoy unique dishes featuring rare cuts such as "Chouchin" and "Hatsumoto" that are not available elsewhere. Our special method involves removing excess fat using electricity and then slowly grilling over Kishu Binchotan charcoal to further enhance the flavor of the chicken. In addition to classic yakitori, popular menu items include hearty fried chicken and "Premium Egg Oyakodon," finished with fluffy and soft eggs.
