About Course Menu
We offer an eight-piece assortment consisting of four chef’s recommended nigiri selected from our recommended ingredients (sushi toppings) and four nigiri of your choice. The chef’s recommended four pieces and the selection of available ingredients may vary depending on the day’s catch and market availability.

◇Cancellation Policy◇
Cancellations or changes to reservations will incur the following fees.
We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
■ For reservation cancellations
- After 21:00, two days before the scheduled visit: 30% of the reserved course fee
- On the day of the scheduled visit: 80% of the reserved course fee
- On the day of the scheduled visit (no notification): 100% of the reserved course fee
■ For partial cancellations including changes in the number of people
- No charge until the day before the scheduled visit
- On the day of the scheduled visit (with notification): 80% of the reserved course fee × number of canceled people
- On the day of the scheduled visit (without notification): 100% of the reserved course fee × number of canceled people
◆ (For seat-only reservations, cancellation fees are charged based on the "Fish Course" rate as per the above conditions.)
【Delays to Arrival】
For unavoidable circumstances causing a delay, please contact us as soon as possible. Without notification and not arriving within 15 minutes past the reservation time, the reservation will be considered canceled without notice.
【In Case of Bad Weather/Natural Disasters】
Please inform us if you are unable to visit due to sudden weather changes or natural disasters. In such cases, no cancellation fees will be charged.
