This is a special course where you can indulge in Trim's recommended menu. Enjoy the highest quality raw oysters from Daikokushin-jima in Hiroshima Prefecture, exquisite sausages made without preservatives or additives from natural game meat, and a luxurious seafood ajillo featuring shrimp, oysters, and octopus. All can be enjoyed with our recommended natural wines. In addition, it includes an all-you-can-drink option with draft beer, highballs, and sours.
