After training at the renowned kushikatsu restaurant Rokukakutei in Osaka, I became independent in my hometown of Aichi. Now, we are pleased to announce our long-awaited opening in Tokyo. Using seasonal ingredients that shine in each season, we enhance deliciousness with our fluffy and crispy batter and five kinds of special sauces. We also offer a wide selection of wines from around the world. The restaurant's interior boasts a calm atmosphere centered around the counter, providing each skewer fried to perfection, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients.
