About Course Menu
We serve a wide variety of authentic dishes in small portions. Our head chef selects the finest ingredients each morning at Toyosu Market, allowing us to offer a slightly different selection of seasonal specialties every day. Please note that the number of dishes may vary depending on ingredient availability.
Menu
This is our omakase course, which includes 10 to 11 pieces of nigiri sushi and 4 to 5 appetizers. Additional sushi and rolls may also be ordered on the day.
