We serve a generous selection of authentic delicacies in small portions. Each morning, our head chef personally selects the finest offerings at Toyosu Market, allowing us to present a slightly different taste of the season each day. This is an omakase course that includes 10 to 11 pieces of nigiri sushi and 3 assorted appetizers. Additional sushi and rolls may also be ordered on the day.
