About Course Menu
We will prepare 5 skewers of grilled items for you, chef's choice. Ueno Kuromon Torie is proud to serve exceptional yakitori grilled to perfection over Kishu Binchotan charcoal. We bring out the maximum umami by finishing three types of poultry—Oyama chicken, Himekko Jidori, and duck—each cooked to optimal temperature for their specific cuts.
