About Course Menu
We will prepare a selection of ten grilled skewers for you. What Ueno Kuromon Torike proudly offers is exquisite yakitori, carefully grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal. We perfectly cook each part of three types of poultry: Daisen chicken, Hime-kko local chicken, and duck, extracting maximum flavor.
