We will prepare 7 skewers at the chef's discretion. Ueno Kuromon Torikei takes pride in its exquisite yakitori, carefully grilled using Kishu Binchotan charcoal. We offer three varieties: Daisen chicken, Ehime Jidori, and duck, each cooked to perfection according to its part to maximize its flavor.
