Uesawa’s most popular omakase course. Also recommended for first-time guests. Between 10 kinds of sushi, the course includes 3 kinds of sashimi, a grilled dish, and a specialty dish, along with an appetizer, soup, and dessert. Sea urchin is included when available. Guests whose birthday falls in the current month receive a celebratory 50% discount. (Limited to one guest per party.) Please inform us at the time of reservation or upon arrival.
