■ At Ushigen Main Store, our sukiyaki is prepared without using warishita, allowing you to experience the authentic Kansai-style flavor. We use sugar from the traditional Nara sugar merchant, Satoden Masuo Store, and local raw soy sauce, finishing it with just heating. We bring out the maximum umami and sweetness of the meat itself, allowing you to enjoy the special selection of loin, which boasts an excellent balance of finely marbled fat and lean meat, in its natural flavor.
