This course allows you to fully enjoy all the charms of Yamadaya. Our main restaurant is a long-established fugu ryotei founded in 1905 in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture. Freshly caught fugu is flown in every morning directly from Usuki City, Oita Prefecture, where our main restaurant is located. Please savor the authentic flavor, whose sweetness deepens with every bite.
