About Course Menu
This course allows you to fully savor the many charms of Yamadaya. Our main restaurant is a long-established fugu ryotei founded in 1905 in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture. Every morning, we air-ship freshly landed catch directly from Usuki City, Oita Prefecture, where our main restaurant is located. Please enjoy the authentic flavor, whose sweetness deepens with every bite.
