A superb Edomae tempura course presented by the long-established Hageten, founded in 1928. A total of six tempura selections, including carefully chosen shrimp, seasonal seafood, and seasonal vegetables, are expertly fried to a light, crisp finish in the chef’s special oil and served at their very best moment. This luxurious course also includes sashimi and chawanmushi. Savor the natural flavors of each ingredient with two kinds of tempura dipping sauce and carefully selected salts.
