About Course Menu
Using fish caught in the nearby seas, mainly from Miyagi Prefecture, our seasoned artisans meticulously prepare each piece, maximizing the natural flavors of the ingredients. For the rice, we skillfully balance red vinegar and rice vinegar from Miyagi Prefecture to perfectly complement each fish topping. In addition to sushi, we offer a variety of seasonal delicacies that pair perfectly with sake. Enjoy a luxurious dining experience with rare fish you'll only encounter here, and exquisite dishes crafted with an extra touch of care.
