About Course Menu
Using fish caught in the nearby sea, focusing on those from Miyagi Prefecture. Our skilled craftsmen meticulously prepare each piece, bringing out the best flavors of the ingredients. We use red vinegar and rice vinegar from Miyagi Prefecture for the rice, adjusting the balance to perfectly match the toppings. Not only sushi, but also seasonal appetizers are available, perfectly complementing Japanese sake. Enjoy a luxurious dining experience with rare fish found only here or exquisite dishes with a unique touch.
