About Course Menu

A standard course confidently presented by ワインホールグラマー. Beginning with a vibrant assortment of three appetizers, the meal continues with a mimosa salad of spring vegetables and fritto of asparagus and seasonal vegetables, all perfect pairings for wine. The main dish is roasted Mena-buta pork finished with a fresh tomato sauce. To conclude, enjoy a risotto with boiled whitebait and fresh green laver, followed by blancmange with berry sauce, creating a glamorous lineup that satisfies through to the very end.
