About Course Menu

A standard course proudly presented by Wine Hall Glamour. It begins with a vibrant assortment of three appetizers, followed by mimosa salad with spring vegetables, fritto of asparagus and seasonal vegetables, and other wine-friendly dishes. The main course is roasted Mina Pork finished with a fresh tomato sauce. To conclude, enjoy risotto with kama-age whitebait and fresh seaweed, followed by blancmange with berry sauce, creating a gorgeous and satisfying lineup through to the very end. With all-you-can-drink including 60 kinds of beverages, including sparkling wine, this is a course chosen for any occasion!
