About Course Menu

A standard course proudly presented by Wine Hall Glamour. It begins with a colorful assortment of three appetizers, followed by Mimosa Salad with spring vegetables, fritto of asparagus and seasonal vegetables, and other dishes that pair perfectly with wine. The main dish is roasted Mina Pork finished with a fresh tomato sauce. To conclude, enjoy risotto with kettle-boiled whitebait and fresh green laver, followed by blancmange with berry sauce, creating a splendid and satisfying lineup through to the very end.
