For the main course, we offer carefully roasted Bimei Pork from Ibaraki Prefecture, distinguished by the refined sweetness of its high-quality fat (+800 yen to upgrade to domestic beef sirloin). From appetizers to oven-baked homemade caponata, mussels prepared in mouclade style, and richly flavored Bolognese penne infused with the aroma of red wine, this satisfying course features a total of 7 dishes.
