About Course Menu
This is Wine Hall Glamour’s highest-tier course, ideal for business entertainment, anniversaries, and other special dining occasions. Beginning with a colorful assortment of appetizers, guests can enjoy seasonal dishes such as Niçoise salad, fresh fish with checca sauce made from ripe tomatoes, and ajillo with boiled whitebait and eggplant. For the main course, we offer a luxurious Grill Misto featuring three premium selections: chicken thigh, Mimyo pork shoulder loin, and domestic beef sirloin.
