About Course Menu

This is Wine Hall Glamour’s highest-tier course, perfect for business entertainment, anniversaries, and other special dining occasions. Beginning with a colorful assortment of appetizers, guests can enjoy dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, including Niçoise salad, fresh fish with chunky tomato sauce, and ajillo with kettle-boiled whitebait and eggplant. For the main course, we offer a luxurious Grill Misto featuring three premium selections: chicken thigh, Bimei pork shoulder loin, and domestic beef sirloin. This indulgent platter lets you savor the distinct flavors of each meat all at once. The course is designed to be enjoyed through to the final pasta dish, with excellent wine pairings throughout.
