About Course Menu

This is Wine Hall Glamour’s highest-tier course, perfect for business entertainment, anniversaries, and other special dinners. Beginning with a colorful assorted appetizer platter, guests can enjoy dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, including Niçoise salad, fresh fish with checca sauce made from fresh tomatoes, and ajillo with boiled whitebait and eggplant. For the main course, we offer a luxurious Grill Misto featuring three premium selections: chicken thigh, Mimyo pork shoulder loin, and domestic beef sirloin. This indulgent platter lets you savor the distinct flavors of each meat in one dish. The course also includes pasta to finish, with excellent wine pairing throughout.
