About Course Menu

This is our most popular No.1 course, recommended for guests who want to enjoy both seafood and meat dishes. The meal begins with an assorted appetizer platter and a Niçoise-style salad, followed by dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, such as mussels steamed in white wine and fritters with Checca sauce. For the main course, we serve moist and perfectly grilled Bimei Pork shoulder loin. For an additional 800 yen, you may upgrade to domestic beef sirloin. Thoughtfully composed to pair well with wine, this course is ideal for a wide range of occasions, including corporate banquets, welcome and farewell parties, and anniversary dinners.
