About Course Menu
Our most popular standard course, Ricordo. For the main dish, we offer a carefully roasted serving of Bimeiton, a premium branded pork from Ibaraki Prefecture, distinguished by its fine texture and the refined sweetness of its high-quality fat. Finished with a rich aged balsamic sauce, it further enhances the meat’s natural flavor (+800 yen for an upgrade to domestic beef sirloin). This 7-course menu is filled with the chef’s dedication, featuring an assorted appetizer platter, Homemade Caponata and Soft-Boiled Egg Baked Piping Hot in the Oven, Moules Marinières, and Penne with Rich Bolognese infused with the deep richness of port wine.
