About Course Menu

A luxurious premium course, Luce, where you can fully savor the rich flavor of premium meat. The main dish is a Grill Misto featuring a lavish combination of domestic beef sirloin, prized for its rich flavor and tender texture, and Bimei Pork, known for the elegant sweetness of its finely marbled fat. Enjoy comparing these two expertly grilled meats, fragrant and juicy to perfection. The course also includes seven indulgent dishes that pair beautifully with wine, such as Hokkai octopus carpaccio, cream croquettes with Jamón Serrano and richly aromatic porcini mushrooms, and chewy fresh pasta with salmon, avocado, and a rich lemon cream sauce.
