About Course Menu

The Memorial Course proudly presented by ワインホールグラマー. It begins with a vibrant assortment of three appetizers, followed by a mimosa salad with spring vegetables, asparagus and seasonal vegetable fritters, and other dishes that pair perfectly with wine. The main course is roasted Mina Pork finished with a fresh tomato sauce. To finish, enjoy a risotto with kama-age whitebait and fresh green laver.
