About Course Menu

Our most popular standard course, the Ricordo. For the main dish, we offer a carefully roasted serving of Bimei Pork, a premium Ibaraki brand pork known for its fine-textured meat and the refined sweetness of its high-quality fat. Finished with a rich aged balsamic sauce, it further enhances the meat’s natural flavor (+800円 for an upgrade to domestic beef sirloin). This seven-course menu is filled with the chef’s special touches, including an assorted appetizer platter, piping hot oven-baked homemade caponata with soft-boiled egg, mussels prepared in a mouclade style, and penne with a rich Bolognese sauce infused with the deep flavor of port wine. Enjoy it with two hours of all-you-can-drink beverages, including draft beer and wine.
