About Course Menu

Limited to parties of up to 6 guests: a seven-course menu beginning with an original cocktail and an amuse-bouche as a seasonal aperitif. For the appetizer, Tasmanian salmon carpaccio is served with a fragrant olive and basil sauce. This is followed by grilled asparagus prepared Milanese style with anchovy butter. A creamy risotto with firefly squid and bamboo shoots brings out the flavors of the season, while shrimp croquettes with sauce Américaine add a vibrant accent. For the main course, domestic sirloin is lavishly grilled and finished with Madeira sauce. Dessert is served with a message plate, creating a festive touch for anniversaries.
