About Course Menu

Our most popular standard course, Ricordo. For the main dish, we offer a carefully roasted serving of Bi-mei Pork, a premium Ibaraki brand pork known for its fine texture and the delicate sweetness of its high-quality fat. Finished with a rich aged balsamic sauce, it further enhances the meat’s natural flavor (+800円 for an upgrade to domestic sirloin steak). This 7-course menu is filled with the chef’s specialties, including an assorted appetizer platter, piping hot oven-baked homemade caponata with soft-cooked egg, mouclade-style mussels, and penne with rich Bolognese infused with the deep flavor of port wine. Enjoy it with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan including draft beer and wine, perfect for a wide range of occasions such as office welcome and farewell parties, gatherings with colleagues, and meals with friends.
