For the main dish, we offer slowly roasted Bimei Pork from Ibaraki Prefecture, distinguished by the sweetness of its fine, high-quality fat (for an additional 800円, you may upgrade to domestic beef sirloin). This satisfying seven-course menu features everything from appetizers to oven-baked homemade caponata, mussels prepared in a mouclade style, and richly flavored penne Bolognese with a hint of red wine.
