About Course Menu

This plan is for seat reservations only. Please choose your preferred menu items upon arrival. At "Wolfgang's Steakhouse," we use only rare beef graded as "Prime" by the United States Department of Agriculture, the highest quality available. We procure the meat chilled, not frozen, and dry age it in our dedicated in-house aging room for approximately 28 days, carefully controlling temperature and humidity. Through this extended dry aging process, the meat develops enhanced flavor and tenderness. We then cut the aged meat into thick slices and quickly roast it at 900 degrees in the oven, serving it directly at your table.
