This special plan we are introducing offers a memorable experience through a variety of heartwarming dishes. We start with an amuse-bouche. Utilizing seasonal ingredients, the beautifully arranged dish whets the appetite and brilliantly sets the tone for the meal. Next, we offer three appetizers. Made with fresh ingredients, these appetizers are visually appealing and enhance the anticipation for the meal. Following this, we present our fresh sashimi. Prepared with fresh seafood, the sashimi brings out the full flavor of the ingredients and offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture for you to enjoy. Next is the Mizutaki hotpot, characterized by a broth that blends the flavors of chicken and vegetables, providing a dish that warms both the heart and soul. The pickles provide a refreshing taste, perfect in between courses. For the grilled dish, we offer two types of kushiyaki. Carefully grilled by our craftsmen, these skewers are juicy with a fragrant taste. Finally, we conclude with mizugashi (Japanese dessert).
