Appetizers include chicken sashimi (kombu-jime, tataki, etc.), freshly harvested chicken breast, black Satsuma chicken, and seasonal grilled vegetables from Kumamoto Prefecture, in a selection of eight skewers. We also offer chawanmushi with instant-smoked foie gras and other preparations.
