We offer a variety of seasonal seafood and sushi courses using plenty of fresh fish from Kyushu and all over Japan. You can enjoy the craftsmanship of the third generation master at "Sushi Yamato".

Located in the heart of the city of Hakata, in Tsubanomachi, we offer sushi made with carefully selected ingredients from not only local Fukuoka, but all over the country. Our sushi is prepared with two types of red vinegar and sushi rice made only with Tsushima seaweed salt.
Please enjoy our food together with rare Japanese sake, shochu, etc., served in beautiful Karatsu ware pottery.
We do not have a dress code, but please refrain from exposing excessive skin, wearing sandals, and wearing strong perfume.
We believe in our customers' goodwill and do not require registration of card information, so please refrain from sudden cancellations or no-shows.
