About Course Menu
The pairing includes an aperitif (choose from beer or sparkling wine). We will provide beer, sparkling wine, wine, sake, and shochu to match your dishes. The most popular fish shabu-shabu in Hachijojima's "Yuuki Maru"! The captain does not highly recommend yellowtail. Try the king of white fish in Hachijojima, "Onagadai," or the formidable "Kue (Ara)." We offer a variety of private rooms. Please enjoy with everyone.
