Previously available only as breakfast for our staying guests, this dish proved so popular that we have decided to offer it at lunch as well. Our Yuzu Rice Porridge luxuriously uses the equivalent of one whole abalone per person, perfectly pairing the springy texture of abalone with the fragrant yuzu porridge.
