Previously available only as breakfast for our overnight guests, this dish proved so popular that we are now pleased to offer it for lunch as well. Our Yuzu Zosui is luxuriously prepared with a whole abalone per person, perfectly pairing the springy texture of abalone with the delicate flavor of yuzu rice porridge.
