The "Seasonal 15-Item Assortment" is intended for 2 to 3 people. Please divide the portions at your table. If you are using it for 4 people, we will prepare two platters. Individual servings are not available. This course allows you to fully enjoy the vibrant seasonal "15-Item Assortment," along with delicious yuzu-flavored broth used in snapper shabu-shabu, and yuzu porridge to finish. In winter, savor the rich flavor of yellow yuzu, and in summer, enjoy the fresh taste of green yuzu.
