mesoの世界観を最も深く体験していただくシグネチャーコースです。 8品を通して、料理の流れや余韻、食後まで続くストーリーをより豊かに味わえるよう構成しています。 mesoの哲学と個性を最も象徴する、完成形のコースです。 ディナーと同様のコースを、日中の穏やかな時間の中でお楽しみいただけます。 Our signature course offers the deepest expression of the meso philosophy. Thoughtfully composed across eight courses, it unfolds with greater depth, a more lingering finish, and a richer sense of narrative from the first course to the last. The complete expression of mesos philosophy and identity, this is the course that defines the meso experience. The same course served at dinner can also be enjoyed in the calm, unhurried atmosphere of lunchtime.
