Built on French technique and layered with fermentation, spices, and dashi, this six-course tasting menu explores the harmony of ingredients and the progression of flavors. Centered on seasonal ingredients, each dish is thoughtfully composed with careful attention to temperature, aroma, and texture. From delicate appetizers to fish, the main course, and dessert, the menu unfolds as a seamless culinary journey, with each course revealing a new expression of flavor.
