At Izutsuya, we carefully choose delicious ingredients that align with this natural rhythm depending on the season and day. The menu changes daily as we consult on the best seasonal ingredients and flavors.

Over the years, the seventh successor who enjoys Omotesenke tea ceremony has incorporated various adaptations in the traditional tea ceremony cuisine using seasonal ingredients, thus creating pure and gentle Kyoto-style flavors. Please enjoy our unique dishes filled with Kyoto's rich flavors.

Even if you're not sleeping over, you can still enjoy an Izutsuya cuisine. Sit at our counter and enjoy seasonal kaiseki and sake while chatting with our chef.
