Located in Tsukiji, "Sushi Tadashi" welcomes its guests with a solemn entrance and white wooden sliding doors. As you step inside, you're greeted by the fragrant hinoki (cypress) counter. This luxurious space of just eight seats is where you can experience the world created by the artisan skills that are unique to Edo-style sushi.
