The world's finest lobster, known as the Blue Lobster or Breton Lobster, is the blue lobster from the Brittany region of France. As a crustacean, it turns red when cooked, but when fresh, its blue color and beautiful body are described as a "blue jewel." Compared to ordinary lobsters, it has a very firm flesh and its rich flavor is truly "premium." One lobster is used throughout the course. Please enjoy the Blue Lobster prepared in various cooking methods. For the meat dish, we offer Japanese Wagyu fillet.
