This 16-course menu features Kuroge Wagyu yukhoe, premium beef tongue and specially selected thick-cut beef tongue, lean beef sukiyaki with carefully selected eggs, specially selected salted skirt steak, premium lean Kuroge Wagyu and sirloin, and a Kuroge Wagyu tataki rice bowl.
