Japan stretches long from east to west. We source seasonal ingredients from across the country, from both the mountains and the sea. At Toramanen, we aim to create a dining experience in which guests can sense the changing seasons through each dish. Appetizers, dim sum, seafood, meat dishes, noodles and rice, and desserts. A full-course Chinese dining experience, carefully crafted in the Toramanen style, showcasing the natural richness of Japan’s seasonal ingredients and cooking techniques refined through the wisdom and experience of Chinese cuisine.
