A perennial favorite: hot pot. The Toraman Hot Pot Course begins with appetizers, followed by special dim sum including crab shumai and Peking duck spring rolls. The main course features a two-broth hot pot. A generous selection of meats can be enjoyed with two different broths: a rich white broth that brings out the full flavor of each ingredient, and a spicy mala broth.
